1. Information collected
When you fill out our contact form, we only collect the information necessary to process your request: name, email, phone number (optional), desired service type and the content of your message. For security and spam prevention purposes, your IP address and user agent are also recorded at the time of submission.
This information is stored on the secure servers of our cloud infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) and access is strictly limited to the firm. Acknowledgements and notifications are sent through Lovable's transactional email infrastructure.
2. Purpose of collection
Your information is used exclusively to:
- respond to your contact request;
- assess the nature of the proposed engagement;
- communicate with you about our service offerings.
No information is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Retention period
Information submitted via the form is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our professional obligations. Active client files are retained according to the requirements of the Order of CPAs of Quebec.
4. Security
Information is stored on secure servers and accessible only to authorized personnel of the firm. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure its protection.
5. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the following rights:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request its correction;
- request its deletion, subject to our legal obligations;
- withdraw your consent to its use.
6. Cookies
Our site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used.
